- Be a trusted advisor for BWI sales reps and customers—answering product, availability, and usage questions.
- Field incoming calls from prospective customers and guide them through our offerings.
- Share details about our product lines, pricing, delivery schedules, and credit options.
- Help keep our showroom sharp, stocked, and welcoming.
- Enter phone orders accurately and efficiently.
- Call existing and potential customers to promote exciting new products and seasonal promotions.
- Partner with outside sales reps to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Support local walk-in customers with product knowledge and order support.
- Resolve customer concerns with a problem-solving mindset and a service-first attitude.
- You're enthusiastic and genuinely enjoy helping others.
- You bring strong communication skills—polite, clear, and confident.
- You pay attention to the details that make a big difference.
- You're self-motivated, organized, and dependable.
- You lift up to 50 lbs without issue and enjoy being active during your day.
- You think on your feet and solve problems creatively.
- You’re resilient, optimistic, and determined.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in agronomy, horticulture, or pest control.
- Hourly pay starting at $18.00/hour, plus performance-based commission.
