POSITION SUMMARY:
This position coordinates all sales activities for a given geographic market segment. Taking direction from the Inside Sales Supervisor, the primary function of the role is the management of key customer order fulfillment activities.DUTIES:
Inside Sales
i. Manage all order fulfillment activities for DSG Canusa key customersii. Analyze customer requirements and prepare quotations based on current market conditions, product type, past market history, technical capabilities and the geographical market segment strategy
iii. Working closely with Regional Managers proactively target and develop new business and markets to build DSG Canusa market share
iv. Initiate cost requests and order expedites if required to ensure on time completionv. Track quotation trends and order success rates
Marketing Support
i. Provide input to management to ensure proper strategic market direction and identify obstacles, competitive products and pricing to determine our market competitivenessii. Execute channel management and promotional programs designed by management
iii. Gather and monitor potentially useful information for opportunities from any/all available sources
iv. Prepare and manage project bid/tender packagesCustomer Service
v. Process purchase orders from customers into ERP system while managing order lead time requirementsvi. Facilitate customer requests and orders through Product engineering and production if required
vii. Review requests for warranty, return goods, credits and debits, customer complaints and forward to Country Manager for approval
viii. Accurately invoice customers for all shipments that have been made as requiredix. Review and approve freight and brokerage bills
x. Act as a back-up during vacation periods or as requiredREQUIREMENTS:
