- Be a key interface for our customers, playing a pivotal role in driving service business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Apply value selling to grow the service business in a profitable way based on customer understanding
- Work as a key member of Customer Account Teams within which growth strategies are formed, delivered and measured
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with existing customers using technology.
- Cultivate strong customer loyalty and build relationships.
- Maintain accurate customer data and documentation.
- Participate in virtual team meetings to share best practices.
- Identify and converting customer opportunities using data analytics
- Analyze trends and plan lead generation campaigns via digital marketing.
- Some exposure to Sales and Account Management, preferably in Engineering/Technical Industries.
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Familiarity with business development, field service operations, and technical support management.
