      Job Title

      Inside Sales Representative II

      Receives guidance and supervision to support the Lead to Order portion of the sales process. Provides timely customer communications regarding routine quotes, lead times, account status, or any other customer requests or concerns. Works with Trade Compliance to ensure required diligence is taken for restricted products and materials. Provides priority guidance to Operations for constrained items. Partners with strategic account management at larger accounts but may be the primary account lead for smaller accounts. Works cross functionally to identify best practices and continuous process improvement on daily activities. Creates and maintain positive customer relationships by providing world-class sales support and service.

      • Manage Salesforce data for effective communication of sales opportunities, customer quotes, account contacts and status.
      • Daily use of MRP software for order entry and customer order management
      • Daily interactions with internal and external customers via email, Microsoft Teams, and phone
      • Respond and follow up to customer requests or concerns of any type.
      • Provide customer price quotes using Salesforce, approved price list or working with account manager / pricing analyst.
      • Coordinates requests for quotation activities through technical review with Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, Planning and Engineering personnel.
      • Work closely with sales management to establish long-term contract agreements with customers.
      • Identify and report market and competitive intelligence through conversations with the customer.
      • Ensure all exported orders meet Trade Compliance regulatory guidelines.
      • Process returned goods and credit / replacement orders and handle customer complaints.
      • Work in conjunction with Account Managers within the Sales Operations timelines
      • Responsible for monthly customer forecasting
      • Inside Sales background with a manufacturing company preferred

      Job Requirements:

      Education:

      • High School Diploma or equivalent required

      Experience:

      • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience within CoorsTek in a manufacturing role or two (2) years relevant external customer service or inside sales representative experience

      Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

      • Ability to address unique customer issues that arise.
      • Ability to understand and act on verbal and written instructions and comfortable modifying standard operating procedures as appropriate to meet customer needs.
      • Intermediate computer and time-management skills
      • Must exhibit attention to detail as well as excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
