- Direct outreach to customers to increase spare parts and scraper sales
- Communicate all sales activities to the sales team and to management through regular updating of the Salesforce CRM system, creating records as required
- Comprehensive understanding of parts-related activities including inventory statuses, production, invoicing, and shipping
- Collaborative work with internal teams, including the Sales Team, Project Management Engineering, Service, and Controls, advocating for customers with these internal groups
- Identify and prospect new customer targets.
- Drive the sales process, coordinating all aspects of internal activities with the customer, including discovery, product testing, project development, quoting, and negotiation
- Travel (up to 25%) to customer locations to engage customers on potential sales.
- Experience with B2B field sales of industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Food processing industry experience preferred
- Ability to sell complex systems as well as single parts
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, or business field
- Must have the appetite to understand complex systems and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Inside Sales Representative II. The core function of this position is to interact with customers both domestically and internationally to increase parts sales.

Required Education and Experience:
Full Time Salaried: 40+ hours per week Hours: Monday - Friday
We offer 100% paid Medical, Dental, and Vision for the employee, a 401k with match, and PTO.
Pay Range DOE: $28.38 - $41.00 Salary: $59,100. - $85,300.
