      What You’ll Be Doing:

      As an Inside Sales Representative with OPC Pest Services, after you complete our industry-leading training, you will be set up for success. You will be ready to help us exceed sales goals and you’ll see the results in your own paycheck. The training program includes pest knowledge, emotional intelligence, marketing, as well as how to sell all of our services – which are about more than just pest control!

      • Serve as a problem solver for both our technicians and our customers. Remember, you may be selling pest control, but it’s about more than that. You’ll have the satisfaction of knowing you’re providing public health and safety solutions for their business and their employees.
      • Achieve sales goals by generating and closing sales leads resulting from inquiry calls, e-mails, chats, etc. This position is also responsible for scheduling pest control service by determining area of service, technician availability, etc.

      Qualifications

      Must be able to work onsite in our Louisville Kentucky Call Center as well as be able to pass a pre-employment criminal history background check and drug screen.

      • Experience in home services industry is preferred
      • Preferred candidate will have at least 2 years’ call center experience
      • Preferred candidate will have at least 1 year of inside sales experience
      • Must have advanced keyboarding skills and be able to communicate both verbally and in writing with minimal error rate
