What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a structured call flow
- Close sales and engage in prospecting, negotiation, and presentations
- Build client relationships and identify new ways to retain customers
- Maintain attention to detail in sales of products and services
- Document and track customer interactions in databases
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of proven hard sales experience, including meeting quotas
- Strong understanding of the sales process and effective communication skills
- Open availability for work shifts
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free home environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to fast-paced environments
- Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in using PCs
- Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales
