What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
- Close sales and engage in prospecting, negotiation, and presentation
- Utilize product knowledge to build client relationships and enhance customer retention
- Maintain attention to detail when selling products and services
- Document and track information in databases and offer additional products with every sale
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of proven hard sales experience, including meeting quotas and working on commission
- Strong understanding of the sales process, relationship building, communication, negotiation, and closing techniques
- Open availability and ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
