What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively engage potential customers through various channels including phone, web, and email to generate sales opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and quotas as set by the Vice President of Sales and Marketing
- Assess customer needs and build sustainable relationships through effective communication
- Manage the creation and presentation of sales quotations and promote growth of existing accounts
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Eligibility for U.S. employment without sponsorship
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- At least one year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce and HubSpot) for managing customer data and interactions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Spanish language is desirable
- Familiarity with MS Office applications including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in generating new business and managing customer relationships effectively
- Background in telecommunications or related industry
- Strong understanding of customer needs and effective communication skills
