What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
- Close sales and engage in prospecting, negotiation, and presentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of proven hard sales experience, including meeting quotas and selling products/services
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including communication skills and negotiation techniques
- Open availability for scheduled shifts
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work from a quiet, distraction-free environment at home
