What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve sales goals through consultative selling to expecting families
- Educate consumers on ViaCord's products and services with clarity
- Handle escalated calls and resolve service challenges to enhance consumer experience
- Act as a resource for teammates on systems and product inquiries
- Support onboarding and training of new hires and contribute to departmental improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 7 years of sales experience
- Proven ability to handle escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Experience in CRM and software proficiency (Salesforce, Oracle, etc.)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Sales experience in a contact center or direct-to-consumer role
- Demonstrated success in influencing and motivating peers
- Experience in facilitating training sessions
- Continuous Improvement certification (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese
