What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with existing members to increase program awareness and adoption
- Assist with dues calls to maximize member retention
- Update and manage membership records in Salesforce and generate analytical reports
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and coordinate meetings with guest speakers/suppliers
- Field incoming calls and emails from members and send supplier promotions as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required
- College degree preferred
- Previous telephone sales experience is a plus
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Salesforce is helpful
