What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage daily sales call activity through outbound telephone calls or virtual engagements
- Engage assigned healthcare professional (HCP) targets in in-depth program discussions to achieve territory and company goals
- Profile and manage a targeted list of HCPs to cultivate relationships
- Create and implement business plans to meet territory and business objectives
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the disease state and program while ensuring compliance with regulations and policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Pharmaceutical sales experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Neurology preferred
- Inside sales experience preferred
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Scientific acumen in the pharmaceutical field
- Experience in a remote sales environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems for data entry and tracking
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement successful business plans
- Knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to pharmaceutical sales
