What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-depth analysis of data from various sources, including UEBA platforms, and provide actionable insights on potential insider risks
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Legal, HR, Information Security, Physical Security, Compliance, and Enterprise Risk Management
- Lead awareness efforts for the Insider Risk Program and create educational content for communication channels
- Identify and respond to unusual activities, escalating alerts as necessary and assisting in investigations
- Contribute to tool optimization and automation for improved workflows and risk assessment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong intuitive investigation skills with attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities
- Motivation and willingness to learn and develop in the field of insider risk
- Ability to communicate complex risks clearly to stakeholders
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering excellent customer service
- Must be located in the United States or Puerto Rico and have access to high-speed internet
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BA/BS in business, criminal justice, communications, or a related field
- Experience in data analysis, insider threat detection, and incident response
- Proficiency in Excel or SQL for analyzing complex datasets
- Familiarity with SIEM/UEBA tools and other technical monitoring systems
