      Insights Analyst

      We are looking for an Insights Analyst to join our Digital team at Harrods. This role will sit within the Loyalty & CRM Insights team, led by the Senior Loyalty & CRM Insights Manager.

      About The Role

      As the Insights Analyst you will use your creativity and initiative to help internal clients to bring customer insight and relevance to their communications and promotions, and to truly understand what we can learn about the customer using analysis and evaluation. This role will sit within the Loyalty & CRM Insights team, led by the Senior Loyalty & CRM Insights Manager

      You will:

      • Work with stakeholders across CRM and Loyalty to support in designing reporting, campaign planning, and making suggestions on how we can improve on current campaigns.
      • Responsible for bringing project work together and developing new ways of looking into our campaigns
      • Responsible for determining short term performance, tracking KPIs, longer term projects, and working with a variety of stakeholders
      • Measuring impact versus control groups, A/B tests, and determining and explaining uplift where possible

      About You

      The successful candidate will have good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and SQL, and preferably experience of using Google Analytics too, ideally you will have a background in Statistics, Mathematics, Science or Marketing. We are also looking for someone who has the ability to translate insights from a complex analysis into easy to read insights for a technical and a non-technical audience

      You will also;

      • Previous Stakeholder management skills
      • Experience using customer or consumer data
      • Some understanding of targeted and personalised Loyalty and/or CRM activity/ Marketing
      • Keen attention to detail
      • Passion for utilising data
