- Independently analyze campaign performance data to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement and growth strategies.
- Identify, measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of campaigns, such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and customer acquisition costs. Evaluate all options and develop recommendations based on data and client goals.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting templates and dashboards to visualize campaign performance and ROI for clients.
- Provide insightful analysis and interpretation of data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimizing marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement data-driven recommendations and action plans for improving campaign performance and achieving client objectives, working with digital strategists and media execution teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing analytics and measurement.
- Package and present campaign insights, performance updates, and recommendations effectively during client meetings.
- In collaboration with the Insights Manager, ensure the delivery of high-quality, accurate, and actionable insights to clients.
- Provide support, thought leadership, guidance and technical training to junior team members to foster their professional growth and development.
- Manage and maintain reference lists, business rules, and other data documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, or similar.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Solid understanding of marketing metrics, KPIs, and performance measurement techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in marketing attribution and familiarity with various attribution models, digital marketing strategies, channels, and platforms
- Ability to function successfully in team environment.
- Ability to work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ability to work established schedule and other hours as needed.

Job Overview
This position is responsible for measuring campaign performance and ROI to optimize marketing spend and generate actionable customer behavior insights to inform marketing tactics. Additional responsibility to develop and implement, with digital strategists and campaign execution team, data-driven strategies to maximize client success.
