Job Description
- Req#: 152829
- Performs on the job training, skill training and some classroom training in assembly and production areas.
- Participates in the development and implementation of new training programs and may introduce new processes and sequence for manufacturing areas.
- Maintains rosters of training progress, examination records, and certification records and may may monitor trainees.
- Collaborates with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place
- May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
- Performs line clearances after each lot to ensure all materials from the previous lot have been removed.
- Support Audit process in Manufacturing Areas.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot table/ Word (Redlines) and Power Point.
- Basic knowledge Learning Management System
- Knowledge MES and Equipment Controller System
- Manage large groups of people to deliver training section
