      Basic Qualifications

      4 year High School Diploma/GED
      Minimum 2 years Aircraft Experience
      Knowledge of inspection standards and procedures
      Ability to use material handling equipment
      Ability to lift, pull and carry up to 25lbs
      Ability to use a safety step ladder
      Ability to safely lift items from ground to rack
      Ability to safely pull items from rack to ground

      Job Description

      Perform various duties at the Nonconforming Materials Crib to review the salvageability of a variety of vendor manufactured items.

      Typical Job Responsibilities:
      -Will follow standard work to review specific details of Return To Vendor discrepancy reports to ensure that they are consistent with the part in possession.
      -Verify reports for accuracy of count, part identification and description of variant characteristics.
      -Expedite disposition of items by shop priority.
      -Contact inspection personnel to clarify details or to obtain additional information.
      -Utilize various computer systems to log in, track and monitor reports and dispositions.
      -Organize parts in crib to ensure they are readily available and accessible once dispositioned.
      -Pull parts for engineering review.

      Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
