      PCSI is looking for an Inspector for our fleet maintenance contract on Tinker Air Force Base! The Inspector conducts scheduled quality control inspections on vehicle maintenance work orders as well as random unscheduled inspections to ensure repairs are completed to the standards of the contract.

      This position reports to the site's Quality Control Manager. Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm.

      Base Pay: $34.94/hr

      What You'll Do as an Inspector:

      • Performs quality control inspections of all phases of operations for conformity to establish quality, health, safety, and performance standards. Notifies management when standards are not being met.
      • Performs quality control inspections on randomly selected unscheduled and all scheduled maintenance work orders upon completion for accurate repairs.
      • Prepares quality control reports for verification by the Quality Control Manager.
      • Performs safety checks of functional area and completes required checklists.
      • Performs test drives in accordance with the MOI’s.
      • Assist employees with understanding how established quality standards apply to a task and or determining if a defect discovered on vehicles or equipment fails to meet serviceability standards.
      • Practices good housekeeping, tool control, FOD prevention and safety at all times.

      What You'll Need to Be Successful:

      • High School Diploma or GED and some college experience desired.
      • Minimum one (1) year of motor vehicle maintenance experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.
      • Requires knowledge of PC functions and Software.
      • Operation of windows applications, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related applications.

      Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

      • Ability to verbally communicate with others, including public speaking before groups of customers or employees.
      • Basic reading and math skills with ability to type 30+ wpm.
      • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

      Other Requirements:

      • Ability to pass criminal, drug, financial, and driving screening.
      • Possess valid driver’s license and maintain good driving record.
      • Ability to obtain military base access and security clearance required.
      • Possess or obtain National Agency Check (NAC).
