What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate plan documents such as Summary Plan Descriptions (SPD) and Summary of Benefits & Coverage (SBC)
- Ensure accurate coding of system and plan documents using supporting documents
- Adhere to departmental guidelines and processes
- Provide feedback and explanations professionally
- Collaborate in a team environment while maintaining individual accountability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a doctor's office
- Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Excel
- Commutable distance to the office location
- Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility in hours
