      What You’ll Do

      • Oversee various business control processes – ensuring controls are adequately evidenced and escalation protocols are consistently followed
      • Address regulatory, audit, compliance or other findings that require remediation – including control design, control implementation and coordination across multiple teams
      • Improve the quality of management information that is reported and use metrics to identify emerging risks or other thematic issues within ICG that require control enhancement
      • Prepare information for governance meetings to brief senior management and support decision making
      • Think strategically about the business, stay on top of market themes/trends

      • FIC business experience, preferably within Front Office and exposure to second- and third-line functions, such as Compliance, Anti-Financial Crime, Operations, Legal and Group Audit
      • Detail oriented, with strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to review and synthesize information

Skills That Will Help You Excel

      • The ability to co-ordinate and drive change across multiple stakeholders and effectively liaise with all supporting functions
      • Confident to question the status quo business practices and existing control framework
