      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: M.A. or ABD in Art History or related field

      - Strong dedication to mentoring students
      - Excellent communication and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience in teaching or related field
      - Previous experience with career preparation for students
