    • Through instructional coaching, assist teachers in the learning and application of knowledge and skills designed to improve instruction and overall student performance through observation, staff development, and support.
    • Work directly with teachers to enhance the instructional process in order to increase student engagement and improve academic achievement.

    • Primary Purpose:

      • Through instructional coaching, assist teachers in the learning and application of knowledge and skills designed to improve instruction and overall student performance through observation, staff development, and support.
      • Work directly with teachers to enhance the instructional process in order to increase student engagement and improve academic achievement.

      Qualifications:

      Education/Certification:

      Bachelor’s Degree

      Valid Texas teaching certification for assigned content area and level

      ESL Certification preferred (for ELA IC – required)

      Special Knowledge/Skills:

      Communicate and demonstrate research-based instructional practices

      Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills


      Experience:

      Minimum of five years of experience as a classroom teacher

      Demonstrated leadership experience

      Salary : Teacher / 10 Months
