      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the mission of the Instructional Design department by coordinating essential processes
      - Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and content experts on curriculum projects
      - Review course designs and build courses within the learning management system (LMS)
      - Create accessible course documents and resolve course fix requests
      - Develop and maintain academic reports and dashboards as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in computer skills and ability to navigate computer-related technologies
      - Strong understanding of higher education, including academic policies and degree requirements
      - Ability to analyze and interpret complex academic records with high accuracy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in instructional design or curriculum development
      - Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a varied workload
      - Previous experience in a higher education setting
