What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to measure the success of educational programs
- Administer and manage the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Assist in the development of educational content following the instructional design process
- Collect, analyze, and report on educational program metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain detailed records of course offerings and ensure materials adhere to brand standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 6 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, coordinator, or analyst roles
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
- Basic understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Training support experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and video editing software (e.g., Camtasia)
