What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, create, and deliver scalable learning through e-learning courses, workshops, and other training formats
- Partner with Talent Development to align leadership development programs with company values and priorities
- Evaluate and execute learning strategies based on development needs, ensuring relevance and effectiveness
- Develop unique training programs tailored to improve job skills and meet employee needs
- Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in training and development to enhance program offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience in a similar role with proven success
- Familiarity with adult learning principles, theories, and development technologies
- Professional certifications in Clifton Strengths Finder, DISC, Situational Leadership, MBTI, etc.
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design and eLearning software, particularly Articulate 360 and Camtasia
- Proven ability to manage the full training cycle, from needs assessment to evaluation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
- Industry certifications or experience building training within a technical environment
- Ability to manage design projects from start to finish while meeting aggressive timelines
