What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the design and development of learning deliverables for the Technology Support Center
- Provide on-call support at the Team Lead level and resolve escalated technical issues
- Monitor daily business operations and ensure quality and change control standards are met
- Lead and manage projects within the IT Support Teams, providing consultation and direction
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to team members, conducting performance reviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or adult learning, with at least 1 year in a lead role
- Strong leadership, coaching, and feedback skills focused on developing talent
- Advanced proficiency with industry-standard e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
- Solid understanding of instructional design principles and familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting design strategies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing multiple complex design projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with the operational environment of a Technology Support Center
- Proven ability to influence internal management and functional groups
- Experience assessing training effectiveness through Level 1 evaluation data
- Knowledge of graphic design tools for asset creation, such as Adobe Photoshop
