What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop e-learning content and training materials for a blended virtual training environment
- Plan and execute onboarding training for a company-wide audience, addressing learner needs
- Collaborate with business partners and subject matter experts to create effective learning experiences
- Manage instructional design projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget
- Develop assessment tools to measure learner competencies and evaluate existing curriculum
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- 3+ years of progressive instructional design experience, specifically with Articulate 360
- 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles in instructional design
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of writing storyboards and scripts
- Experience creating engaging presentations and content using Canva
- Portfolio or sample work demonstrating instructional design capabilities
- Flexibility and adaptability to shifting project requirements
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
