What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop e-learning and blended learning content, ensuring future accessibility of training materials
- Monitor content for consistency, accuracy, clarity, and ease of navigation
- Create ongoing training materials for system enhancements, releases, initiatives, and workflows
- Consult with internal stakeholders to identify new requirements and strategies
- Capture and diagram workflow processes to ensure project objectives are met
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience applying adult education principles in instructional design
- 3+ years of experience designing curriculum and training materials for higher education or professional audiences
- 3+ years of instructional design experience (Articulate 360 preferred)
- Proficiency with eLearning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
