Title: Instructional Designer
Location: Remote
Duration: 3-6 months Contract

Must have qualifications/top 5 skills needed: Development in Articulate Rise, attention to detail, instructional design, organization, effective communication
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in organizational and/or leadership development, business administration, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Must be certified to create, teach, and implement the following initiatives:
• Process improvement, total quality management applications
• Psychological and behavioral assessment instruments
• Performance management processes and models
• Management coaching processes
• Instructional design and adult learning theory
• In addition, the incumbent must have significant expertise in facilitating adult learning and group dynamics; In-depth formal assessment processes, consulting services, and I measurement practices; and outstanding interpersonal skills. The incumbent must possess a thorough understanding of current human resource law and practice.
