- Apply instructional design principles to create technical learning solutions.
- Identify performance gaps and business needs to determine appropriate learning solution.
- Engage innovative methodologies as appropriate to each learning audience.
- Organize and consult with cross functional teams to streamline training initiatives and develop impactful learning solutions.
- Maintain training content and apply continuous improvement.
- Create training modules, presentations, manuals, and other instructional materials.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the technical subject matter to train others effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the field.
- Leverage technology to product quality training assets and engineering learning experiences, including e-learning, simulations, micro-learning, animation, etc.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars either in person or through online platforms.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to participants.
- Apply Company brand and quality standards in design.
- Evaluate training solutions and respective deliverables to validate learner knowledge and skill transfer and impact on business initiatives.
- Travel up to 25%.
- 2+ years of professional instructional design experience or related field equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong technical aptitude, analytical problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strategic, creative, positive attitude, team-oriented, self-motivated, and critical thinker.
- Ability to constructively interface with all levels of the organization.
- Superior attention to detail and standards of quality.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience with software comparable to Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and Vyond.
- Experience with instructor-led technical training.

About the total compensation package:
Salary - $58,500 - $71,200 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
Relocation – This position may qualify for relocation.
