      About the position:

      We’re looking for an Instructional Designer to join our training department. This role designs, develops, and delivers training programs and materials tailored to the technical needs of the audience. You will:

      • Apply instructional design principles to create technical learning solutions.
      • Identify performance gaps and business needs to determine appropriate learning solution.
      • Engage innovative methodologies as appropriate to each learning audience.
      • Organize and consult with cross functional teams to streamline training initiatives and develop impactful learning solutions.
      • Maintain training content and apply continuous improvement.
      • Create training modules, presentations, manuals, and other instructional materials.
      • Possess in-depth knowledge of the technical subject matter to train others effectively.
      • Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the field.
      • Leverage technology to product quality training assets and engineering learning experiences, including e-learning, simulations, micro-learning, animation, etc.
      • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars either in person or through online platforms.
      • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to participants.
      • Apply Company brand and quality standards in design.
      • Evaluate training solutions and respective deliverables to validate learner knowledge and skill transfer and impact on business initiatives.
      • Travel up to 25%.

      About you:

      • 2+ years of professional instructional design experience or related field equivalent.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Strong technical aptitude, analytical problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
      • Strategic, creative, positive attitude, team-oriented, self-motivated, and critical thinker.
      • Ability to constructively interface with all levels of the organization.
      • Superior attention to detail and standards of quality.
      • Ability to manage competing priorities.

      It would be great if you had:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or a related field.
      • Experience with software comparable to Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and Vyond.
      • Experience with instructor-led technical training.

      About the total compensation package:

      Salary - $58,500 - $71,200 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.

      Relocation – This position may qualify for relocation.
