- Lead virtual training sessions using Microsoft Teams, including live demonstrations and Q&A.
- Provide follow-up materials to reinforce learning outcomes.
- Create and maintain instructional materials and job aids.
- Update content regularly based on user feedback and help desk insights.
- Manage class schedules and coordinate with VA’s TMS to record attendance and completion.
- Track and report on training participation and user metrics.
- Gather user feedback to improve instructional approaches and material effectiveness.
- Collaborate with support teams to ensure training aligns with current user challenges and tool updates.

What You’ll Do
IronArch is seeking a Instructional Designer to develop and deliver virtual training sessions for VA users across a suite of enterprise tools. Instructional Designers are responsible for creating and updating instructional materials, managing class schedules, delivering training, and capturing attendance and completion metrics. They lead interactive sessions via Microsoft Teams, perform demonstrations, answer live questions, and provide follow-up materials. They also update content based on help desk data and user feedback to improve clarity and effectiveness.
