- Design and develop blended learning solutions using the organization’s Canvas LMS.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and align effective instructional strategies to meet course, programmatic, and/or organizational objectives.
- Implement publisher content and other third-party technologies into a blended course model.
- Work with appropriate stakeholders to troubleshoot course related issues within the Canvas LMS and other classroom technologies.
- Engage in projects that support continuous improvement and revision of courses and operational procedures.
- Develop learning materials using instructional design principles (e.g., instructional guides, assessments, and/or multimedia elements.)
- Facilitate and participate in all processes that lead to student satisfaction and positive student retention, as they relate to course design and delivery.
- Be a positively contributing member of a small team dedicated to improving our overall course delivery experience.
- Attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a passion for quality
- Excellent technological skills including proficiency in HTML
- General understanding of various LMS connectivity technologies (e.g., LTI, SCORM, etc.)
- Proficient with multimedia tools for designing and editing web graphics

Lincoln Tech is seeking a mid-level Instructional Designer to design and build blended courses within our Canvas LMS alongside our Education Department. The ideal candidate will have a keen focus on student and faculty experiences, an understanding of pedagogical strategies, and impeccable attention to detail. This is a remote position.
