- Design, develop, and maintain classroom, virtual classroom, and self-paced training content using traditional instructional design and rapid development strategies.
- Analyze, design, develop, evaluate, and evolve long-term program content opportunities, delivery gaps and implementation strategies.
- Utilize adult learning models and theory to build content and experiential activities appropriate for targeted learners.
- Design and develop tools and resources for user accessibility, activation, usability, inclusivity, and impact.
- Coordinate voiceover and video production (use of artist, built-in audio, or localized language audio capabilities) as needed.
- Develop valid assessment questions that correlate to learning objectives and assist with question vetting and updating.
- Work closely with the entire OD&L team to fully align and define the vision and intent of system programs to organizational vision and strategy.
- Work with subject matter experts to craft, revise, and maintain OD&L programs and content.
- Stay current with the latest style, graphic, industry, and technology trends and demonstrate application to projects.
- Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team.

- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning and performance, human resources, or general business.
- 3+ years progressive experience in instructional / training design and development for adult leaners
- 1+ year of experience in instructional / training design and development for virtual work environments
- Demonstrated ability in the application of adult learning and training concepts, theories, regulations and best practices
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate ability in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Healthcare experience
- Experience in a complex organization with multiple employee groups
- Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills.
