What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and develop Corporate Learning & Development curriculum and materials
- Develop qualitative and quantitative assessment tools
- Collaborate with business partners and SMEs to perform needs analysis and design deliverables
- Teach instructional programs in accordance with course requirements
- Review, evaluate, and modify existing and proposed curriculum
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in Corporate Learning & Development

- Experience using and applying general knowledge of concepts, principles, industry practices, and standards
