What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and provide ongoing professional development opportunities for High Dosage Tutors
- Assist with recruitment and interviewing of High-Dosage Tutoring candidates
- Develop and deliver new hire training for High-Dosage Tutors
- Support High-Dosage Tutors with curriculum alignment, instructional strategies, and data analysis
- Assist High-Dosage Tutors in using assessment data to plan instruction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a K12 classroom teacher
- Experience coaching or training K12 teachers or tutors
- Highly motivated and driven with excellent organizational skills
- Solid understanding of teaching and learning in an online environment
- Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred
