The Department of World Languages, Literatures, and Cultures at the University of Arkansas seeks applications for three open full-time Instructor of Spanish positions. These are standard non-tenure track 9-month Instructor positions. The instructor will be expected to teach four courses per semester and assist in the extra-curricular activities organized by the Spanish section and allied programs. The University is especially interested in candidates who can contribute to the diversity and excellence of the academic community.
Summary of Job Duties:
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Appointment to begin August 14, 2023 multi-year contract, renewable contingent upon performance, program needs and available funding.
The Department of World Languages, Literatures and Cultures promotes an international understanding and global academic exchange.
