      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to and categorize support tickets received through web forms and direct email contact
      - Assist users through phone calls and voicemails, providing necessary support
      - Take ownership of user inquiries and research solutions when necessary
      - Contribute to the Quality Control process by reviewing flagged sessions and managing session credits
      - Provide basic technical support and escalate to Level 2 when needed
      - Monitor the live student queue and request additional tutor assistance as necessary
      - Attend weekly meetings with the Support Manager and fellow Associates to discuss support issues and projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer or provider services, preferably in a call center or online helpdesk environment
      - Technical acuity to provide Level 1 technical support
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and ability to learn in-house database tools and reporting modules
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
      - Completion of an undergraduate degree program in an accredited US or Canadian university

      - Experience as an online tutor or in a similar educational service role
