      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and support small and large controls projects focused on technical execution and project management
      - Develop digital systems design including PLC, DCS, HSI, and networked computer systems
      - Prepare control system functional and implementation requirements for nuclear plant control systems
      - Interface with clients to ensure proper project execution and satisfaction
      - Evaluate vendor bids from a technical perspective and support project implementation at client facilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS or MS in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Nuclear Engineering from an ABET accredited program
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience in I&C Design Engineering, with at least 5 years at a nuclear facility
      - Ability to communicate effectively in both speech and written formats
      - Technically knowledgeable about available equipment and pre-engineered systems for systems design
      - Experience in reviewing design documentation and serving as the client liaison in an engineering role

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Professional Engineer (PE) license
      - Proven experience in leading engineering projects within the nuclear sector
      - Familiarity with the latest control technologies in the industry
      - Experience with proposal development for engineering projects
      - Strong troubleshooting skills in controls engineering issues
