What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process monthly premium billing cycles for ASO PEPM fees and Medicare Advantage enrollees, including reconciliation of invoices and premium receipt reports
- Manage vendor information to ensure timely processing of payments and maintain accuracy
- Communicate weekly claims funding totals to ASO clients as part of the claims settlement process
- Compile and process accounts payable, maintaining day-to-day payment cycles and providing excellent customer service
- Verify approvals on vendor payment requests and resolve issues related to vendor payables transactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates’ Degree in finance, accounting, or a business-related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of accounting or finance-related experience
- Proficient in computer usage and standard office equipment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Strong analytical skills for claims settlement analytics
