      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle insurance adjusting and claims analysis for property damage and bodily injury claims
      - Guide applicants through eligibility requirements and documentation processes with empathy
      - Apply analytical techniques to identify and resolve administrative issues
      - Educate stakeholders on FEMA's Recovery regulations related to insurance
      - Collaborate with various stakeholders, including government agencies and project teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 4 years of experience as an insurance adjuster handling property damage and/or bodily injury claims
      - Willingness to work both remotely and on-site at recovery centers in New Mexico for up to 90 days
      - Valid U.S. driver’s license and successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
      - Ability to work a flexible schedule, accommodating evening or weekend shifts as needed
      - Strong analytical and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
      - Current Certified National Flood Insurance Adjuster designation
      - Experience with flood and fire loss claims
      - Familiarity with rebuilding processes following natural disasters
      - Previous involvement in disaster recovery operations or educational programs
