What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Input and update customer information in the client's agency management system
- Respond to customer emails, resolving simple queries or escalating complex cases
- Answer incoming phone calls using a provided VoIP account
- Call carriers to gather information about customers' insurance policies
- Process and revise draft insurance proposals or quotes, ensuring accuracy and completeness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish or Portuguese
- Minimum of 2 years in customer service or back-office roles
- Strong MS Office and CRM skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized with a quiet home office
- Internet speed of at least 30 MBPS download and 5 MBPS upload
