      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform complex and open-ended pricing analyses for the largest book of business
      - Participate in formal presentations on results to management and external parties
      - Seek opportunities to streamline and automate existing processes
      - Represent the Pricing team in cross-functional projects
      - Lead projects and collaborate with other teams to develop action plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or equivalent
      - 8+ years of analytical experience in insurance
      - Expert-level problem-solving and critical thinking skills
      - Strong time management and multitasking abilities
      - Strong oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with California ratemaking
      - Proven team leadership or mentoring ability
      - Demonstrated record of identifying and solving problems using creative approaches
      - In-depth insurance/pricing knowledge and knowledge of the marketplace
      - Interest in building relationships
