What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage accounts receivable for Ambulatory Surgical Centers
- Follow up on denials in a timely manner and submit appeals
- Interact with insurance representatives to resolve collection issues
- Maintain excellent organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrate knowledge of managed care contracts and the insurance collection process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma required
- Experience in healthcare insurance collecting and medical billing
- Strong knowledge of insurance guidelines and the appeals process
- Proficiency in using computers and Windows-driven software
- Excellent command of written and spoken English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with non-participating providers
- Demonstrated ability to promote a favorable company image with patients and insurance companies
- Comfortable solving problems associated with tasks
