What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Submit authorizations by contacting payors in a timely manner via phone and various portals
- Enter authorization information accurately in Central Reach system
- Provide clear communication regarding authorizations to center team members
- Collaborate with RCM teams and other departments for efficiency
- Identify critical issues, provide solutions, and escalate problems to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or in collaboration with a team
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare authorizations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare authorizations
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
