- Coordinating client renewals and preparing premium calculations
- Proven experience in insurance broking, with a current L5 General Insurance qualification
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
- Competency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- A high level of professionalism and confidentiality

We currently have various roles across the North Island for insurance brokers to join our teams in Hamilton, Tauraunga, Taupo and Wellington. With portfolios ranging across our Corporate, Commercial and Rural business lines, there is a variety of roles open.
Please note, you will need to have a L5 - General Insurance Qualification or on your way to completion.
About the Role
Our Account Managers are responsible for developing and growing new business with our clients as well as to strengthen existing client relationships. The purpose of this role is also to provide technical broking and support liaising with clients, underwriters and external partners.
Some of your responsibilities will include:

You’ll be a natural communicator who understands how to tailor to the situation, whether it be face to face, over the phone or through written correspondence, with appropriate corporate focus, and strong business etiquette. Ideally you will come from a similar background from within the industry, understanding the needs of our insurance clients.
