  Genesis10 is currently seeking an Insurance Business Execution Consultant with our client in the financial Industry located in Mclean, VA. This is a 12+ month contract position.
  
  Responsibilities:
  • Support the Loan Administration group within Corporate Investment Banking
  • Conduct detailed insurance reviews and verifications related to commercial real estate loans
  • Perform quality assurance tasks to ensure compliance with insurance requirements and internal policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client requests and resolve issues
  • Interpret insurance documents such as blanket policies, multi-layer insurance policies, and self-insured retention programs
  • Review and analyze insurance data and loan documents with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ensure timely responses in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Provide excellent customer service while managing multiple functions and priorities
  
  Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, consulting, training, military experience, or education
  • 4+ years of insurance experience
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate
  • Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance
  • 2+ years of quality assurance experience
  • Familiarity with insurance terminology and related loan documentation
  • Knowledge of blanket insurance and multi-layer insurance policies, including self-insured retention programs
  • Proven ability to deliver results in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
  • Experience supporting multiple projects or functions simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  
  Pay Range: $ 30 - 40
