What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with producers, program partners, and vendors regarding the producer appointment system and process
- Prepare and file informational reports with state departments as needed
- Assist in preparing and filing NAIC applications
- Manage relationships with licensing vendors
- Perform other activities, duties, and assignments as needed or requested
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
- 2-3 years of insurance compliance experience preferred
- Must be organized and able to work under time constraints and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving abilities with limited supervision
- Good verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail for accuracy and completeness
- Ability to work well with people while maintaining confidentiality
- Experience managing multiple priorities and effectively communicating progress
