      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct patient insurance education within compliance parameters
      - Identify opportunities to improve patient insurance status and reduce financial burden
      - Provide information and assistance to patients for insurance coverage and financial assistance programs
      - Offer exceptional customer service to patients across multiple facilities
      - Complete insurance assessments and document patient education sessions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Full vaccination against COVID-19 or a medical/religious exemption
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - 90% remote work with 10% travel to local facilities
      - Minimum of 1 year experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans
      - Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      - Bilingual/Spanish Speaking strongly preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare organization working with clinical staff and patients
