- Handle coverage evaluations and litigation on behalf of insurance carriers
- Draft clear and persuasive coverage opinions and legal memoranda
- Conduct depositions and examinations under oath (EUOs)
- Represent insurers and insureds in first- and third-party disputes
- Coordinate with clients, claims professionals, and internal teams
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing in California
- 5–12 years of experience in insurance coverage law
- Must have conducted depositions or EUOs
- Preferred: experience handling third-party defense cases
- Strong writing skills and ability to manage a caseload independently
- Based in San Diego; hybrid and fully remote considered for highly qualified candidates

The Role:
We are seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney (5–12 years of experience) licensed in California to join our San Diego office. The role will focus primarily on handling first-party insurance claims on behalf of carriers, with additional work in third-party defense where needed.
This is a strong opportunity for a mid-to-senior level attorney who has experience drafting coverage opinions, conducting EUOs, and managing high-stakes claims in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
